San Francisco Trans Daytime of Visibility
The International TDoV is an annual holiday celebrated on March 31 around the world. The day is dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments and victories of transgender & gender nonconforming people while raising awareness of the work that is still needed to save transgender lives.
San Francisco Trans March
The mission of the SF Trans March is to inspire all trans and gender nonconforming people to realize a world where we are safe, loved, and empowered. The annual San Francisco Trans Parade is SF’s largest gender diverse Pride event and one of the largest transgender events in the entire world. It is always the Friday of Movement weekend and thousands of people attend. The SF March is organized and run entirely by volunteers from the community.

"And this year, it's the most essential that we show up for trans people, transitioned youth," Barkin continued.
Attendees at the march said recent federal policies, including policies targeting transgender people, have been very complicated for them to observe unfold.
Melody Pratt of Berkeley noted she doesn't often come to Event events because she hates crowds.
