Both my spouse and I have never been fisted or fisted anyone women or men.
But fisting is way more common than people want to admit. Same-sex attracted male friends of ours have talked about doing it to men, or getting it done to them by men. A few hetero men we are friends with talked about doing it to their GF or wife.
