Ireland referendum: 'Yes' voters rejoice as country votes in favour of gay marriage
Ireland has voted in favour of allowing same-sex marriage in a historic referendum, making the largely Catholic country the world's first to make the modify after a popular vote.
All of Ireland's 43 constituencies except one voted in favour of the measure, with the final figures showing 62 per cent of votes in favour of the change and 38 per cent against.
Hundreds of "Yes" supporters gathered in the grounds of Dublin Castle and cheered and waved rainbow flags as the results came through.

TODAY MARKS THE 25th anniversary of the decriminalisation of homosexuality in the Republic of Ireland.
Earlier this week, the government apologised to men who were convicted of engaging in consensual same-sex activity prior to the decriminalisation in 1993.
While the decriminalisation came 25 years ago, the battle to end the inequality of LGBT people in Ireland dates endorse long before that.
So, where did it all begin? Here are some of the main events throughout the years.
1861 – Offences Against the Persons Act
For most of Ireland’s history, its laws against homosexuality dated back to the Victorian era and were felt for more than 140 years.
The Offences Against the Persons Behave, 1861 made “buggery” an offence punishable by penal servitude.
Under the section “Unnatural Offences”, the Act read: “Whosoever shall be convicted of the abominable crime of buggery, committed either with mankind or with any animal shall be liable … to be kept in penal servitude for life.”

Our venue is a male-only venue. We welcome transgender guests who have gender marked "male" on their ID/Passport, this is our only requirement. We do not require information about body parts or surgeries. We opened our doors assist in 1999. The building consists of five floors consisting of a drain sauna, jacuzzi, steam-rooms, act areas and private rooms.
On visiting the premises you will be provided with a wristband that will open your locker where you will find a towel and place to put your belongings.
Extra towels are free but we inquire customers to be mindful as we wash and dry these ourselves and we want to limit our impact on the environment, we do not mind customers bringing their own either! If you require flip-flops we also provide these free at our reception (please ask). If you would opt for to leave valuables at the reception, please question for a security bag on entering.
